Welcome to Wonder Power. By using our mobile application (“App”) or accessing our website at wonderpower.in, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using our services immediately.

1. About Wonder Power
   Wonder Power (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a provider of adhesive products, distributed through authorized partners. Our mobile App enables registered users (“you,” “your”) to scan product coupons and claim rewards or gifts based on eligible purchases.
2. User Registration & Account Responsibility
   To access certain features, you must register and create an account using accurate and up-to-date personal information.
   By registering, you agree to:

Keep your login credentials confidential

Take responsibility for all activity under your account

Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach

3. Coupon Scanning & Reward Redemption
   Only coupons from officially distributed Wonder Power products are valid.

Rewards are subject to availability and offered solely at our discretion.

Coupons that are expired, tampered with, damaged, or deemed invalid will be rejected.

Once a reward is issued for a successfully scanned coupon, it is final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

4. Acceptable Use of the App & Website
   You may use our App and website only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the App or website

Extract data or use any automated system (e.g., bots, scrapers)

Upload malware or engage in any activity that could harm our platform or users

5. Intellectual Property Rights
   All content on our App and website—including logos, graphics, text, images, and software—is the exclusive property of Wonder Power or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or use of any material is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
   While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services:

The App and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of content.

Wonder Power is not responsible for technical errors, lost or invalid coupons, service interruptions, or indirect or consequential damages of any kind.

7. Termination of Use
   We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the App or website—without prior notice—if you:

Misuse our services or platform

Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity

    These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Distt. Kurukshetra, Haryana, India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
